Type of data collected, purpose, and use of your personal data
HUCHEZ strives to minimise the processing of your personal data.
We may need to request your personal data when you voluntarily solicit information or a quote for our products or services, you submit a project to us, or you apply for an internship or job offer. Data that must be collected are preceded by an asterisk (*Required fields) when they are entered on the form provided for this purpose. We may need to collect, in particular: your title*, your first name*, your surname*, your company’s name* and address (postal code/town/country)*, your telephone number, your email address*, and the contents of your message so we can contact you and provide you with an answer. If you do not submit this required information you will not be able to send us the form or receive an answer.
Additionally, when you visit our website without providing personal data, we automatically collect information that is similar to personal data (about your hardware or software, such as your IP addresses, your browser type, your operating system, pages that you visit on our site, you referring and exit pages, language settings, and the dates and times of your visits.

Personal data storage period
Personal data are stored by HUCHEZ for a period not exceeding what is necessary for the purposes for which they are collected, specifically for the following periods:
- data concerning a request for a quote for a product, project, spare part, or after-sales service: personal data are not stored beyond the time required to carry out the obligations defined when a contract is signed or for the predefined duration of the contractual relationship. Once this period has ended, your data will be erased or archived. If no contractual relationship is established, your data will be stored for 3 years as of the last contact with you;
- data concerning the contact form or product information requests: 3 years as of the last contact with you;
- data provided as part of an application for an internship or a job with HUCHEZ: 1 month for an internship application, the duration of the recruitment process for a job application posted by the company, 1 year for an unsolicited application.
unless: - You are exercising, under the conditions set forth below, a right to which you are legally entitled;
- A longer storage period is authorised or imposed pursuant to a legal or regulatory provision.
Security
During this period, HUCHEZ implements the organisational, software, legal, technical, and physical means appropriate for ensuring the confidentiality and security of your personal data, such as to prevent their damage, erasure, or access by unauthorised third parties.
Your rights concerning personal data
HUCHEZ is committed to taking all reasonable measures available to protect the confidentiality of your personal data.

(a) Right of access: you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed by HUCHEZ, access the personal data and obtain information regarding the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data concerned, the recipients of the personal data, and the envisaged storage periods;
(b) Right to rectification: you have the right to obtain rectification of inaccurate personal data;
(c) Right to erasure: you have the right to obtain the erasure of personal data concerning you when they are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or the consent on which the processing was based is withdrawn;
(d) Right to restriction of processing: you have the right to request the restriction of your personal data processing when you contest the accuracy of the personal data, the processing is unlawful and you request the restriction of their use, and so forth;
(e) Right to withdraw consent: you may refuse to give and withdraw your consent to the processing of your Personal Data at any time and without any justification without affecting the personal data processing that occurred prior to such withdrawal.
