In accordance with the regulations, our company has assessed the indicators making up this index for the year 2025. This was based on data from 2024 :

- Indicator of the percentage of employees who experienced an increase in the year following their return from maternity leave : Not calculable/15
- indicator of the number of under-represented sex employees among the ten highest earners: 10/10
As some indicators cannot be calculated, in particular due to insufficient numbers in the categories concerned, the overall score for 2025 is : Not calculable/100.
Nevertheless, management reaffirms its commitment to professional equality and to taking action to promote equity within our company.
